Coordonator transport/ Dispecer

Location: Cristuru Secuiesc, Harghita (relocation package provided either in Sighisoara or Cristuru – depending of personal preference)
Job type: full time (Monday – Friday)
Contract type: permanent

Company: Logistics supplier in the areas of road, air and sea freight, with tradition in German and Romanian markets, specialised on individualised and customised transport solutions across Europe.

Optimally equipped for all tasks in the area of conventional transportation, offering more than 100,000 square meters of storage and handling, managing a fleet of more than 55 vehicles equipped for various purposes.

To ensure your success in this role, the following is needed:

▪ University studies (preferably in the Economic field)

▪ German language – B level

▪ The desire to learn new things, flexibility and responsibility

▪ Ability to work under stress and deadlines

Experience is not mandatory, since training will be organized within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize transport orders, ensuring delivery on time and budgeting
• Create offers and negotiate prices and conditions with current and potential beneficiaries
• Keep in touch with company collaborators
• Insert operations into the WinSped system.
