Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Ghimbav, Brasov
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00 – 16:30)
Duration of contract: permanent
Company: Market leading manufacturer of marine and industrial cooling products

Position summary:
– Supplier quality assurance management (internal (intercompany) and external); supplier approval, process audits and visits
– Management of key suppliers towards business development
– Consultancy and action plans to meet quality issues; continuous improvement projects together with suppliers
– Support for purchase category management
– QDA supplier claims management.

Qualifications:
– Must have experience as an Auditor (even without certification)
– At least 2 years of working experience in the Mechanical industry area
– Quality engineering and supplier experience
– Familiar with the quality management system and quality control tools, such as: PPAP, control plan, PFMEA, MSA, 8D report
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Good English level.
