Job type: full time, 2 shifts (Mon-Fri, 6.45-14.45, 14.30-22.30)
Duration of contract: permanent

Job requirements:
• Educational background in a technical field
• Experience with technical drawings
• English language skills (medium level)
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in coordinating a team, in a manufacturing environment
• Availability to work in 2 shifts
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prioritize incoming execution productions, depending on deliveries/ urgencies
• Communicate all defects, abnormal function or deficiencies noticed during the operation of machinery and equipment, make decisions not to endanger the health or integrity of machinery operators
• Communicate in advance the necessary consumables and spare parts to ensure the smooth running of the technological process
• Check and ensure that all operators are compliant to the 5S system
• Make proposals to optimize own activity and team’s activity.
