Quality Inspector

Location: Ghimbav, Brașov (Romania)
Job type: full time, 2 shifts (Mon-Fri, 6:00 – 14:30, 14:30 – 22:30)

Position summary:
We are hiring 2 new colleagues in our Quality department, to work as Quality Inspectors; these are entry-level positions with the following main tasks:
– Make the visual, dimensional or specific control of parts, according to technical and quality specifications; document these checks.
– In case of nonconforming parts, document the found nonconformity and inform the involved functions
– Escalate any possible nonconformity that could generate customer claims to Quality Inspection Team Leader and Quality Manager
– Check each cooler’s traceability and classify the related documentation (raw material-components certificates, pressure test, inspection plans)
– Send the necessary documentation to the 3rd party cooler certification entity.

Is necessary that you have:
• Good knowledge of technical drawings
• Familiarity with the quality management system, control plan, 8D method
• English knowledge (beginner to medium) and PC (Excel, Office, Outlook)
• A structured work style with attention to details, able to work independently, with responsibility and customer orientation, but most of all the desire to act as a team player.

To properly understand the processes in Production it’s ideal to have at least 1 year of experience in an industrial environment, but we are also open to graduates with practice/internship experience in Quality, who understand this area.
