Customer Quality & Management System Engineer
Job type: full time (Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30)

Position summary:
I.
Quality Management System Engineer (40% of the time allocated to this function)
– Coordinate plant quality system certifications/ surveillance audits
– Coordinate plant marine classifications certifications/ surveillance audits
– Internal audits planning and follow-up
– Document control activities
– Support in customer audits.
II.
Customer Quality Engineer (60% of the time allocated to this function)
– Customer claims management
– Problem solving process
– Improvement projects (that prevent customer claims).
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
– At least 3 years of working experience in mechanical industry area
– Familiar with Quality Management System and Quality Control tools, such as: PPAP, control plan, PFMEA, MSA, 8D report
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Good English level (medium/ advanced)
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
Travel requirements:
– Travel to be expected (visits at customers).
