Business Development Manager (With an Eye for Facility Management)

Accommodation can be provided for first 3 months.

Company: Retailer complex with a mix of shops, leisure facilities, multiplex cinema, recreational spaces and parking, the first mall opened in Brasov.

Main role: to maximize the performance of the commercial center.

The role has 2 functions:

  • Business Development (70% of daily responsibilities)
  • Maintenance Management (30% of daily responsibilities).

Qualifications

  • Experience in Shopping Centre/ Retail/ Commercial Management/ Business Development with focus on Business Development/ Sales & Marketing roles, highlighting the ability to ensure maximized performance
  • Understanding of Facility Management role in a commercial establishment and willingness to take charge of Maintenance Management (mainly contact with facility suppliers), ensuring a high standard of presentation.

The Business Development function implies that you acquire an in-depth understanding of the market to identify and secure key clients/tenants. A positive approach and personality are a must, also the ability to build relationships and confidence with customers and suppliers.

The Facility Management function implies being the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice across the center – services to ensure all technical, risk and statutory requirements are satisfied and within budget. Management of building contracts/service providers.
