My name is Claudia Szanto and I have been working as a Recruitment provider mainly for Vestas aircoil Romania since 2013, a long-term partnership through which the Danish employer outsourced the recruitment function to me.
This opportunity to work for over a decade alongside Danish hiring managers, who were relocated temporarily to Romania, helped me accumulate large experience within Engineering ＆ Manufacturing Recruitment in a Danish environment.
I learnt that is key to remain focused on the goal of accurately matching the right candidates with the employing company I work for, while keeping honesty as my only approach.
Long-term employment, just like long-term partnership, needs honesty.
My role as a Recruitment Partner is enriched by a deep admiration for the Danish culture, which aligns with my own principles. This synergy has been instrumental in navigating cultural nuances and successfully integrating Romanian professionals into Danish work environments.
